I am Preeti Nautiyal, a Psychologist and Corporate Wellness Consultant with over 2 years of experience in the field of mental health and well-being. I hold a Master's degree in Applied Psychology with a background in Organisational and Behavioural Psychology, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling. My professional journey has provided me with extensive experience across clinical settings, rehabilitation centres, educational institutions, and corporate environments, enabling me to develop a holistic understanding of psychological well-being and human behaviour.

My passion for psychology began early in life through a deep curiosity about human emotions, behaviour, and mental processes. Over time, this curiosity evolved into a meaningful career dedicated to supporting individuals through emotional, personal, academic, and professional challenges. I strongly believe that every individual possesses the ability to heal, grow, and build resilience when provided with the right support and guidance.
