About Me
I am Bhavya, an RCI-Registered Rehabilitation Counsellor (PGDRP) with a Master's degree in Psychology and professional experience across hospitals, rehabilitation centres, schools, and educational institutions. My work has enabled me to support children, adolescents, adults, and families through a wide range of emotional, behavioural, academic, and psychological concerns.
A significant part of my practice focuses on helping students prepare for highly competitive examinations such as JEE and NEET. I understand the emotional pressure that accompanies academic expectations and work closely with students experiencing examination anxiety, academic burnout, perfectionism, fear of failure, low motivation, concentration difficulties, memory concerns, and emotional distress. I also collaborate with parents to strengthen communication, reduce conflict, and create supportive environments that encourage both emotional well-being and academic success.
My clinical experience also includes supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), addiction, adjustment difficulties, neurodevelopmental conditions, self-esteem concerns, interpersonal challenges, and emotional or behavioural difficulties. I believe every individual possesses the ability to heal and grow when provided with empathy, evidence-based interventions, and a safe therapeutic environment tailored to their unique needs.

Healing doesn't happen overnight, but with the right guidance, practical strategies, and compassionate support, meaningful transformation is possible.
