I am a compassionate and result-oriented Psychologist with 9 years of diverse experience across clinical counselling, psycho-oncology, and community mental health settings. I am trained in psychological assessment and therapeutic interventions, with skills in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, allowing me to address a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns effectively.
