About Me
I am Ahana Solanki, a Counselling Psychologist with an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology from Christ (Deemed to be University), Delhi NCR. My clinical training includes experience in multidisciplinary healthcare settings such as Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, St. Stephen's Hospital, Max Super Speciality Hospital (Patparganj), and Sion Hospital, Mumbai. These experiences have provided me with extensive exposure to diverse mental health concerns across different age groups and backgrounds while strengthening my skills in psychological assessment, counselling, case formulation, and therapeutic intervention.
My journey in psychology has been guided by a deep belief that every individual deserves a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space to explore their experiences and move toward healing and personal growth. Beyond my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending quality time with family and loved ones, reading, travelling, and continuously expanding my knowledge in the field of psychology.
