Hyderabad Techie Suicide Case: Engineer Dies by Suicide, 19-Page Note Mentions Wife’s Alleged Affairs
Hyderabad | 01 May 2026
A 36-year-old software engineer in Hyderabad allegedly died by suicide after reportedly jumping into Hussain Sagar Lake. Before his death, he accused his wife of having an affair, leading police to arrest his wife and her alleged partner for their suspected role in abetment.
According to reports, the arrests were made on April 21, but the case came into public attention only on April 30 after a family member approached the media. The incident is believed to trace back to January and February this year and involves allegations of an extramarital relationship, social media harassment, and ongoing emotional distress.
In a related development, the man also left behind a 19-page suicide note in which he detailed his personal struggles and accused his wife of being involved with multiple individuals. Police have begun a detailed investigation and are verifying all claims mentioned in the note. Authorities say the case is still under investigation, and conclusions will be based on evidence and findings as the probe continues.
What Happened in the Hyderabad Techie Suicide Case?
According to police, the incident came to light after the man went missing and was later found dead in a lake. During the search, authorities recovered a long suicide note written by him.
The note reportedly explains what he was going through mentally and emotionally. It also talks about repeated fights and stress in his marriage. Police are now trying to understand the full sequence of events.
What Did the 19-Page Suicide Note Say?
In the suicide note, the techie claimed that his wife was involved in relationships with at least three different people over the past one-and-a-half years. He wrote that these alleged affairs led to constant arguments and emotional pain. He also mentioned that he tried many times to fix the relationship, but things did not improve.
The note reportedly includes specific details and incidents. However, police have clearly said that these are only allegations for now and will be verified through proper investigation.
How Constant Conflict in a Relationship Builds Silent Pressure
When problems in a relationship continue for a long time, they don’t just stay as small issues. They slowly turn into ongoing pressure that affects daily life. At first, it may be regular arguments or misunderstandings. But when these keep happening without any solution, a person may start feeling:
-
Tired of repeated conflicts
-
Stuck in the same situation with no change
-
Emotionally drained from trying to fix things
-
Unable to express what they truly feel
This kind of pressure builds quietly. From the outside, everything may look normal, but inside, the person may be struggling to cope.
Why Betrayal Feels So Deep and Hard to Handle
Trust is one of the most important parts of any relationship. When that trust is broken, the impact can be very strong. It can shake a person’s sense of security and make them question everything around them. Over time, it may also create emotional distance and make it harder to feel safe or connected again.
The feeling of betrayal in a relationship can lead to:
-
Deep emotional pain and mental stress that doesn’t go away easily
-
Constant overthinking, self-doubt, and questioning the relationship
-
Loss of trust in the partner, and fear in future relationships
-
Feeling lonely and emotionally disconnected, even when not alone
This kind of relationship stress and emotional pressure is not always visible to others. Many people continue their daily life, work, and routine normally, while silently dealing with inner pain and confusion.
When Relationship Stress and Emotional Pain Start Feeling Too Much to Handle
When ongoing relationship conflict, trust issues, and emotional hurt continue for a long time, it can reach a point where everything starts feeling too heavy. A person dealing with long-term relationship stress may begin to feel:
-
Mentally and emotionally exhausted from constant pressure
-
Hopeless about the relationship improving
-
Stuck in a situation with no clear solution
-
Disconnected from people, surroundings, and daily life
This kind of emotional pressure and mental overload can slowly build without being noticed by others. In such moments, it may feel like there is no way out or no solution left. But it’s important to understand—these feelings, even if they feel intense right now, can change with the right support, communication, and help.
You Don’t Have to Handle Everything Alone
If you are going through something similar, it’s important to know that help is available. Talking to someone you trust, sharing what you feel, or seeking support can make a real difference. You don’t have to carry everything on your own.
No situation is bigger than you. With the right support and understanding, it is possible to find a way forward.
