4 Girlfriends, “No Feelings”: 12-Page Note in Bengaluru Fiancé Suicide Case

A shocking case linked to Bengaluru has come to light after a 26-year-old woman, Rehana, from Kadapa district in Andhra Pradesh allegedly died by suicide, leaving behind a detailed 12-page note accusing her fiancé, Shahjahan, a Bengaluru-based tech professional, of emotional neglect and manipulation. According to police reports, Rehana, who had recently completed her MSc and got engaged on February 15, alleged in her note that Shahjahan was involved with multiple women - reportedly four - and repeatedly told her, “I am not getting any feelings for you,” causing deep and ongoing distress.

The note also described how his behaviour changed weeks after their engagement, with pressure to reconsider the marriage, despite their wedding being scheduled for August. It further highlighted emotional isolation, repeated arguments, and her struggle to cope with the situation. Authorities have registered a case and initiated an investigation, including questioning the accused, reviewing digital communication, and examining the sequence of events leading up to the incident. The body has been sent for post-mortem, and further action will depend on the findings and verification of the claims mentioned in the note.

What Happened in the Bengaluru Suicide Case?

The incident has raised serious concerns due to the detailed nature of the note and the allegations it contains, pointing toward a prolonged period of emotional strain.

  • A young woman died by suicide in Bengaluru

  • She left behind a 12-page suicide note

  • The note accused her fiancé, a techie, of being involved with multiple partners

  • He allegedly told her he had “no feelings” for her

  • Police have begun investigating the relationship dynamics and digital evidence

This case has quickly gained attention due to the complexity of the relationship described and the intensity of the allegations.

What Did the 12-Page Note Reveal?

According to initial reports, the note described a relationship marked by confusion, emotional distance, and repeated disappointment. The victim allegedly wrote about discovering multiple relationships involving her fiancé, which led to feelings of betrayal and insecurity.

  • The note reportedly stated that he told her “I am not getting any feelings for you”, reflecting a clear emotional disconnect

  • It also mentioned that he had been involved with four other women in the past, which deeply affected her trust and stability

  • The victim described ongoing emotional stress after their engagement, including pressure to reconsider the relationship

The phrase “no feelings” reportedly appeared multiple times, reinforcing a pattern of emotional detachment. The note also pointed toward repeated arguments, lack of reassurance, and a growing sense of isolation, suggesting that the distress had been building over a period of time rather than being a sudden development.

Why This Case Is Being Widely Discussed

Cases like this often highlight how relationship conflicts, when left unresolved, can gradually intensify. Emotional disconnect, lack of communication, and trust issues can create a difficult environment for individuals involved.

Even when everything appears normal from the outside, internal struggles within relationships can remain hidden. This is especially true in situations where one partner feels unheard or emotionally unsupported over a long period.

Signs of Emotional Distress in Relationships

In many similar situations, emotional strain doesn’t appear suddenly-it develops gradually through repeated patterns that often go unnoticed. These signs may not always be dramatic, but they tend to show up in subtle, everyday interactions.

  • Feeling consistently ignored or dismissed – When one partner’s thoughts, concerns, or emotions are repeatedly overlooked, it can create a sense of invisibility and emotional disconnect over time.

  • Lack of emotional connection or reassurance – A relationship may begin to feel distant when there is minimal expression of care, empathy, or understanding, leading to uncertainty about where one stands.

  • Frequent arguments without resolution – Ongoing conflicts that are never fully addressed can build frustration, leaving issues unresolved and creating emotional exhaustion.

  • Growing insecurity or trust issues – Doubts about the relationship, especially when transparency is lacking, can lead to overthinking, anxiety, and a constant need for validation.

  • Withdrawal from friends, family, or daily activities – As emotional strain increases, individuals may begin to isolate themselves, losing interest in routines or connections they once valued.

These signs are often gradual and can be mistaken for temporary phases or normal relationship ups and downs. However, when they persist over time, they may indicate deeper emotional strain that requires attention, understanding, and open communication.

A Wider Perspective

While the investigation is ongoing, this case highlights how complex personal relationships can become when communication breaks down and emotional needs remain unaddressed. It serves as a reminder that behind many headlines are layered personal experiences that deserve attention, understanding, and timely support.

If someone around you seems emotionally withdrawn or struggling in a relationship, a simple, supportive conversation can sometimes make a meaningful difference.
