Why I became a psychologist
I became a psychologist because I was deeply interested in understanding human emotions and helping people navigate life's challenges.
I believe that everyone deserves a safe, non-judgmental space where they can be heard, understood, and supported in creating meaningful change. Being a part of that journey is what inspired me to choose this profession.

Clinical Approaches
My clinical approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based interventions, and behavioral techniques, I tailor therapy to each individual's unique needs, helping them build insight, develop effective coping strategies, and work toward meaningful personal growth.
My Thoughts on Therapy
I view therapy as a collaborative journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth. Therapy is not about giving advice or fixing people; it is about creating a supportive space where individuals can better understand themselves and overcome challenges.
I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel safe, empowered, and genuinely understood. Through therapy, individuals can build resilience, make value-driven choices, and create lasting positive change in their lives.
