About Me

As a practicing Psychologist for over 5 years now and working with over 500 clients, I’ve come across a variety of people each with their unique set of problems, disorders or hindrances. Through natural inquisitiveness I found myself able to connect with these individuals and understand what drove them to be that way.

I usually involve getting to know oneself deeper and acknowledging all that has been going on as all of us just miss acknowledging and continue to live with those certain incidents, memories, thoughts, and feelings using various therapeutic approaches. I hold my expertise in Emotional Freedom Technique and Matrix re-imprinting which helps us to determine all the underlying causes of what, when, and how we behave, and perceive any emotional situation.

Therapeutic Expertise

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Matrix Reimprinting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Art Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Family Therapy.

Why i became a psychologist

Ever since I can remember, I was a curious child and found myself focusing less on what people said and did, but more on what they thought and felt. While books taught me a lot, my curiosity was focused on understanding a wide array of people and their preferences and making a positive change by helping them overcome the mental and emotional challenges- it was this inclination that led me to a career in Psychology.

My thoughts on therapy

Therapy plays a crucial role in helping individuals navigate through various challenges, improve their mental health and enhance their overall well-being. It provides a supportive and non-judgmental environment for the clients to openly discuss their thoughts, emotions and concerns. Therapy encourages introspection which enhances emotional intelligence and healthier decision making. In conclusion, it is an ongoing personal development and growth throughout different stages of life.
