Hello! My name is Rashmi Tyagi and I have done my Master’s in Psychology from Panjab University, Chandigarh. Owing to my knowledge of counseling individuals of different age groups having various mental health issues I came across a good opportunity to work as a Counsellor in Schools and NGOs. I have experience of working with clients dealing with parenting, depression, time management issues, anxiety, stress, identity crisis and loneliness amongst many others.

I seek to create an environment to help my client heal, rebuild their lives by monitoring client’s progress and by working closely with other professionals to increase the quality and efficiency of treatment, educating individual and their family member on mental diseases and treatment options. Maintaining complete confidentiality and provide my client a safe space.

My aim is to provide support for positive mental health and cognition, where necessary to help the client cope with the issue independently.
